It's light, wriggling, delicate, tasty, slender; in a word, it's a delight. Of course, it's warm, but it's full of pep and energy! The fine structure balances the whole. Made from 99% Grenache, this is a powerful wine with character, bursting with spices, garrigue and black cherry, against a background of cocoa and licorice. We love this flamboyant yet delicate expression. A great wine to enjoy with lamb, for example.

Didier and Margaux Théophile acquired an old farmhouse in 2011. They uprooted all the old vines and left the soil to rest for a few years to encourage the renewal of biodiversity. In 2014, after a thorough soil analysis, they replanted 8.5 hectares, then built a gravity-fed winery. The vineyard now comprises 12 hectares planted at an altitude of 300 meters between the Luberon Massif and the Durance River, in the southernmost part of the southern Rhône Valley.
