This wine will delight all those who are fickle when it comes to power, and is intended to be as pleasant as possible, with its scent of fresh fruit harvested just at the peak of ripeness. On the palate, cerouge is very pleasant, with crisp, acidic fruit and a smooth finish.

Mas des Caprices

Pierre and Mireille Mann, two former restaurateurs from Alsace, settled in the Languedoc vineyards of the Fitou and Corbières PDOs in 2005. They began production in 2009. Today, they cultivate nearly 15 hectares, mainly in red. The two winemakers attach great importance to organic farming and natural winemaking. The estate is certified organic and biodynamic.
