A wine with an orange color. The nose is complex, with aromas of vine peach, blood orange, pomelo and white pepper. On the palate, the attack is suave, before a fine structure reveals a chalky side and notes of strawberry and peach. The finish has hints of dried fruit and retains its minerality.

In 1903, Auguste Faye, a Burgundy merchant, fell in love with this old farmhouse surrounded by vines. Today, his great-granddaughters Caroline Missoffe and Anne Poniatowski manage the 300-hectare estate, 58 of which are vineyards and 28 olive groves. Located at the foot of the famous village of Les Baux-de-Provence, the vineyards are all certified organic.
