A beautiful, classic wine, certainly, but very well made, with a slightly present, but measured, breeding, which does not mask the expression of the rolle (55%) and grenache blanc (40%) and a touch of roussanne in a style of yellow fruits and honeyed flowers. Rich but not ostentatious. Very good length on tasty yellow fruit, dried fruit and brioche. Pair with cheese soufflé or pan-fried langoustines.
