The nose is slightly toasted on opening, but after aeration, it opens up to lovely aromas of white flowers, pineapple and marzipan. On the palate, a lovely texture gives the impression of biting into fresh fruit. The finish remains salivating, with a hint of woodiness that will soften in a year or two.

At the end of 2019, Émilie takes over her grandparents' vineyards, accompanied by her husband Christoph. The estate grows from 5 to 12 hectares. The vines are planted on flinty clay soils. Woods, fallow land and orchards are preserved to help maintain biodiversity.
