Gault&Millau's review
2021
88/100
The nose is sweet with ripe, juicy white and yellow fruits, lemon, white spices (celery salt) and spring scents (rhubarb, asparagus). The palate is marked by a silky feel and a straightforward profile of lemongrass, dried green characters, rhubarb, and a lemony finish. Perfect for a summer aperitif.
