The palate is saline and easy to digest, with a minty character punctuated by fresh citrus notes. The mouthfeel is delicate and the dosage meticulous. Serve with noble fish such as turbot prepared in a cream sauce.

The Roguet family is established for six generations in Mailly-Champagne, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The champagnes are coming from their 7 hectares of vines and plot selections are a must. The estate is attentive to the aging of its reserve wines, is using wood and has recently acquired a 1,500 litre oak barrel.
