Gault&Millau's review
From a family of winegrowers going back generations, Serge Copin decided to market his first champagnes in 1962. In 1992, his daughter Jocelyne and her husband Jean-Marc Legouge took over the family business and created Champagne Legouge-Copin. They work around 5 ha of vines, three-quarters of which are planted with meunier, the flagship grape variety of the Marne valley, where the vineyards are mainly located around the commune of Vandières.
