Under an intense golden color, vine peach, nectarine and apricot intermingle their ripe, gourmet aromas in a round nose, underlined by more pastry-like notes of vanilla cream, milk chocolate and a fermenting touch of soy sauce. On the palate, the acidity of the yuzu surprises, while notes of very ripe fruit (mango, yellow peach) coat the palate a little. The acidity stretches through to the finish.

Heir to a line of winegrowers and champagne professionals, Hubert Lancelot has devoted himself to the house since 2015. On his 5.5 ha estate, he owns plots in the communes of Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry for the grand crus, and in Épernay, Hautvillers, Mardeuil, Villeneuve-Renneville-Chevigny and Celles-sur-Ource for the pinots noirs. Together with his wife, he has constantly modernized his work tools and turned to precision viticulture, respectful of the environment. His passion remains the creation of terroir-typical wines, full of character.
