A discreet straw color gives way to a nose of dark fruit, followed by aromas of yellow fruit, pear tart and custard. On the palate, the bubbles are chalky and dry, in an ensemble built on silky acidity, with aromas of custard, black fruit, apple and pear. A balanced, vibrant wine with a creamy finish.
