Gault&Millau's review
2018
89/100
A discreet straw color gives way to a nose of dark fruit, followed by aromas of yellow fruit, pear tart and custard. On the palate, the bubbles are chalky and dry, in an ensemble built on silky acidity, with aromas of custard, black fruit, apple and pear. A balanced, vibrant wine with a creamy finish.

Jonchère Renaud
A very young operation, the brand was born in 2014 and only released its first cuvées in 2016. Located in southern Aube, the estate grows only pinot noir. A wonderful discovery.
