Jérémie Huchet took over the family estate in 2001. He cultivates some sixty hectares of vines using integrated farming methods. One of his plots is certified organic and the others are in conversion. Jérémie's aim is to bring out the best in the Muscadet terroir, particularly through the crus communaux. He takes constant care of his vines, some of which were planted in 1914.
