Gault&Millau's review
Jean Mallet started with 3 hectares of vineyards, and began marketing his cuvées by creating his own Champagne brand in 1974, thus becoming a grower producer (RM récoltant manipulant). The vineyard has grown over the years from 3 to 17 hectares. Since 1999 his two daughters thave taken over, and the estate is now labeled HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Champagne in Champagne).
