This organic wine has an open nose. It's seductive from the start. There's a hint of zan, but also citrus, such as grapefruit. On the palate, it's fleshy but not opulent. It retains its nobility with its various spicy notes (cinnamon, white pepper). Good length, with a straightforward structure. We like the hint of iodine on the finish.

The estate has been organically farmed for twenty-four years. A real feat. It's an intimate conviction, not a marketing or communication argument. Hedges have been planted in the vineyard to bring life to the land. A wide range of Alsatian grape varieties, as well as different crus, can be found here. Orange wine lovers will be delighted.
