This organic wine has an open nose. It's seductive from the start. There's a hint of zan, but also citrus, such as grapefruit. On the palate, it's fleshy but not opulent. It retains its nobility with its various spicy notes (cinnamon, white pepper). Good length, with a straightforward structure. We like the hint of iodine on the finish.
