The deep yellow color testifies to the ripeness of the harvest. The nose of ripe yellow fruit precedes a rich, dense and velvety palate, with a chalky, mineral texture and a hint of salinity. The extra-brut dosage of 2 g/l is almost superfluous for this cuvée, which is a perfect match for salmon tartare and smoked salmon with Kampot pepper.
