With a pale lemon color and copper highlights, this cuvée reveals a compact, fresh and deep nose, with notes of dense yellow fruit and citrus. The bubbles are lively and crystalline, with a thick, silky mousse. The palate is balanced with rich, fresh contrasts, sapid and salty, sweet and sour. Creamy, salivating minerals, tonic orange juice notes and spices (ginger) add a touch of warmth on the finish.

Fresne Ducret

Champagne Fresne Ducret is located in Villedommange, close to Reims. Premier cru classified grapes are used to make their champagnes. For seven generations, this family has raised the management of their vines to maximum quality. After the Second World War, Jean, André and Joseph Fresne started their own house, as it exists today, and began producing and marketing champagne with their own grapes. The brand Fresne-Ducret was created using the name of their parents.
