Pierre-Emmanuel Sangouard, the ninth generation, took over his grandfather's domaine in 1997. In 2000, he took over the Guyot estates, named after his wife's parents. Domaine Sangouard-Guyot was born. Today, Pierre-Emmanuel works 15 hectares of vines, planted exclusively with Chardonnay.
