Winery presentation by Gault&Millau

A former IT consultant in Paris, Philippe Viet gave up everything for the love of a terroir: Beaujolais. Today, he farms just under 4 hectares with his winery in Villié-Morgon. From the outset, he opted for organic farming on old Gamay vines with low yields. 2020 is his first vintage.
