The Raimbault family have been winegrowers for four centuries. Lucien Raimbault, representing the 13th generation of the Raimbault-Pineau family estate, decided to set up his own domaine. Today, he produces only plot-selected wines from the Menetou-Salon, Pouilly Fumé and Coteaux du Giennois appellations. White wines made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Its first harvest is scheduled for 2019. The estate offers gîtes and hot-air balloon flights.
