The estate has only been producing its own wines since 1996. Before that, the grapes were delivered to the cooperative. Progress has been steady, and the 40 hectares of vines are currently being converted to organic farming. Today, the estate is experimenting with agroforestry. Come and meet Cédric Gravier and talk to him about all the challenges that such an estate represents. It's really exciting!
