Owner Marc Rinaldi wasn't born in the vineyards. Driven by passion, he knows exactly what kind of wine he wants to make. His aim is to make the most of the terroirs of this beautiful Alsatian vineyard. To achieve this, he bought Martin Schaetzel's estate, renamed it and built a new winery to put his philosophy into practice. The man gives himself the means to do what he wants.
