On the nose, the wine immediately takes on a Mediterranean air: date, apricot, yellow fruit, spices. It's a bouquet. The mid-palate is full of fresh, juicy fruit. We love its greediness. It brings pleasure and will be perfect for an aperitif dinner.

Domaine Jacques Tissot
The story begins in 1962, when Jacques Tissot inherited a parcel of vines from his father. It wasn't until 1969 that this young winemaker presented his first vintage of vin jaune. Since then, the range has grown to include yellow wines in different vintages, white wines, red wines and old de-stemmed marc. A visit to the estate will reveal some very old bottles. Not to be missed!
