Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Located in the town of Couchey, just a few kilometers south of Dijon, this 10.5-hectare estate is renowned for its single-vineyard wines from the Marsannay, Bourgogne Aligoté, and Vosne-Romanée appellations. Taken over in 1999 by Ghislain Kohut, the winemaker focuses on vineyard work to stay true to the Burgundian tradition.
