The first notes of lily of the valley take us on a stroll through the forest, followed by a foray into the kitchen with pastry and nougat aromas. The wine smells of spring. On the palate, the wine remains floral. Refreshing, with bitters adding complexity. A poetic wine that takes us on a journey.
