A timid nose of rose and pepper. On the palate, the tannins are not overly present, but they have just the right grip to give an acidic but rounded wine around morello cherry, raspberry and redcurrant and a hint of black pepper. It's long and we'll come back to it without hesitation. A perfect aperitif wine.
