Initial nose of violets and blackcurrants with hints of gingerbread. On the palate, the tannins are supple and fresh. The finish, on red and black fruits, is salivating. A wine full of gourmet delights, which makes it a pleasure to take a second glass.

The 13.5-hectare estate belonged to the Cinquin family for five generations, but in the absence of a family buyer, Clément Deglaine and Victor Gentien decided to acquire it a few years ago. Established in the Regnié appellation, they also produce white wine from 1 hectare of Chardonnay vines.
