Gault&Millau's review
Domaine de la Citadelle was created in 1990 by Yves Rousset-Rouard. This 40-hectare estate, with 74 parcels of different soils and exposures, is located in Ménerbes in the Luberon Natural Park. A few years later, wine tourism was developed with the creation of the Corkscrew Museum, followed by a botanical garden. The estate was certified organic in 2016. It was taken over in November 2022 by Valérie and Yannick Panagiotis.
