Samuel Delus came up with the idea of replanting vines in the former Prébois vineyard, located on the Trièves plateau in southern Isère. After ten years of persistence, he finally obtained authorization and planted his first vines in 2012. At an altitude of almost 750 meters, Samuel plants a variety of local grape varieties. The Trièves vineyard is one of the highest in Europe. From the outset, Samuel has worked with organic farming methods.
