Samuel Delus came up with the idea of replanting vines in the former Prébois vineyard, located in the Trièves valley in southern Isère. After ten years of persistence, he finally obtained authorization and planted his first vines in 2012. At an altitude of almost 750 meters, Samuel plants a variety of local grape varieties. The Trièves valley is one of Europe's highest vineyards. He was able to produce his first vintage in 2013, and has been working organically from the outset.
