Domaine de Colette, located in Lantignié, was founded in 1953 by René Gauthier, the second generation of winemakers after his father Claude. His nephew Jacky took over the business in 1980, aged just 17, and went on to develop it with the help of his wife Evelyne. Pierre-Alexandre, their son, joins the adventure in 2019. Covering 16 hectares, the family offers a varied range of wines (in regional appellations and Beaujolais crus), in organic conversion since 2020.
