A gourmet nose with aromas of flowers, pear, honey and even a hint of undergrowth. On the palate, there's a hint of wood, but it's chiseled, straightforward and lemony. A beautifully balanced wine with a delicate, refreshing chew.

Domaine Cheveau

Domaine Cheveau is a family-run business founded by André in the 1950s, then managed by Michel. Julien, Nicolas and Aurélie are the third generation to run the estate. They are based in Solutré-Pouilly and cultivate 20 hectares of different appellations in the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions (three quarters of which are planted with Chardonnay).
