At the heart of the winery
Today, every element of Champagne de Lossy has been painstakingly restored by two passionate entrepreneurs and their families, who have invested the necessary resources to bring this great House back to life - from the château to the cellars, the winemaking process and the brand. Grapes are sourced mainly from the surrounding vineyards, visible from the château, with additions from the Côte des Blancs and other exceptional terroirs as they embellish the cuvées. Champagne de Lossy is made in its original 19th-century cellars, located in the picturesque village of Rilly-la-Montagne. Sustainability is at the heart of the House's philosophy, notably through the use of lighter, traditional bottles, thus reducing its environmental footprint.
