Barfontarc? An acronym for Baroville, Fontaine and Arconville, this wine cooperative was founded in 1962. An attractive range of champagnes with a strong character, a small range of wines and aperitifs (coteaux champenois reds, ratafia) and a strong commitment to developing wine tourism (visits to the estate all week, picnics in fine weather, on foot or by electric bike, naturally ending with a tasting of 5 of the estate's vintages). Self-catering cottage for 14 people. The Eugène III brand has been added to the guide.
