A pretty raspberry color for this rosé with a delicate nose. The fruity palate quickly turns chalky. The palate is imbued with powerful Champagne bitters that need to be tamed with loc-lac (a Vietnamese dish based on rice, vegetables and marinated beef cubes) with Kampot green pepper.
