The Coste Folcher house has woken from a decades long slumber after being taken over by Arnaud Gavignet, a winemaker from Burgundy and oenology teacher in Champagne. He has partnered with a Champagne winemaker to revive the brand, producing his debut and only vintage from the 2016 harvest.
