In 1972, three winegrowing families decided to join forces and create Clairmont in order to pool their production. Today, Clairmont groups together 8 families. This means that 19 winegrowers and a team of 8 people work together, mainly in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, but also in Saint Joseph and IGP collines-rhodaniennes, on more than 130 hectares. Some of the vines have been organically farmed since 1997.
