This wine has a nose of coffee, caramel and blueberry tart. Fresh on the palate. Tannins are not very present, and the wine stretches out on floral notes. A tangy, spicy finish. For those who like their Bordeaux not too powerful, perfect as an aperitif.

Since 2021, Gonzague de Perier has been managing Château Tour de Boyrin, a vineyard belonging to his wife's family. He works 18.20 ha of vines, nearly a third of which are planted with white grape varieties. The typical clay-limestone and clay-gravel soils enable a faithful expression of the Graves PDO.
