Gault&Millau's review
90/100
Intense gold in color, the first nose opens with delicious aromas of grapefruit zest. With aeration, candied notes (quince paste) and pastry notes (marzipan, gingerbread) appear, followed by spices (yellow curry, turmeric). The palate is full-bodied from the outset, with a body that's full-bodied without being overpowering. Integrated sweetness and fine bitters add relief. A rich style, without being nauseating.
