Château de Nouvelles is a large 75-hectare estate in several Languedoc appellations (fitou, muscat de Rivesaltes, rivesaltes). Formerly a Roman villa, then a feudal castle and finally a winery, it has been run by the Daurat-Fort family since 1834.
