A lovely, delicate Languedoc rosé, with notes of fresh fruit, melon, white peach and violets, a tonic acidity on the palate and a refreshing vivacity, despite its round structure. A cuvée that will awaken the taste buds as soon as it is served as an aperitif.

Château de Gragnos

Taken over by the Limauge family in 2021, this estate is well known to fans of the Saint-Chinian appellation. And with good reason: wines have been produced here since 1710. It's run by a couple, Alain and Patricia, and their children Céline, Victor and Augustin. In the heart of the garrigue, the vines are 100% organic in what the owners call a vineyard garden. Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Merlot and Syrah are grown side by side. While the majority of the wines are in the Saint-Chinian appellation, the Limauge family also produces some Vin de France and a white IGP Pays d'Hérault.
