The nose, ripe and generous, expresses seductive notes of dried apricot, peach, dried mango, roasted pineapple, gingerbread and toasted brioche, enhanced by a touch of dried herbs and rose. On the palate, the balance is remarkable: fruity ripeness combines with acidic tension, with light bubbles and a silky texture. The whole seduces with its elegance, freshness, salinity and a finish enlivened by a hint of white pepper. A vibrant, gastronomic wine with a mastery of its minority grape varieties.

This champagne is the only one to benefit from the "château" appellation as a récoltant-manipulant. The estate boasts an exceptional historical, architectural and winemaking heritage.
