This summer wine is very festive. A light, finely expressive cuvée. It's joyful, tasty and salivating. Citrus and floral aromas. On the palate, fresh as you'd expect, it's in no way aggressive, and lingers on with a hint of aniseed. Composed of 65% rolle and 35% viognier, aged in amphora, oak and acacia barrels, this is an ideal wine for a seafood pairing.
