This 2011 Sauternes develops aromas of cooked fruit (rhubarb, apple, apricot), evolving towards candied orange. On the palate, the sugar has subsided, but the freshness is still there. Notes of dried fruit (hazelnut, fig, mango), currant and a hint of spice evoke turmeric and pink berries, before a final burst of curry.
