Charles Dufour began viticulture on the family estate handed down by his father in 2010. Seeking to create champagnes that reflect his personality, he works 5 hectares of biodynamic vines. One rule: no pesticides or chemical weedkillers for this young winemaker. Working mainly with pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot blanc, Charles Dufour is developing his young estate in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the commune of Landreville.
