Vintage : BSA
Type : Brut
Classification : Rosé

Effervescent rosé de saignée

Gault&Millau's review 2025

The intense garnet-red color sets the tone. This is indeed a rosé de saignée, with aromas dominated by red berries (blackberry, cherry, raspberry) and blood orange, accompanied by sweet spices. On the palate, there's more of the freshness of clementine juice, with a precise, fleshy texture that's both round and mature. Saline notes add pep to the finish. The power of this champagne rosé is perfect with red meat, small game or simply as an after-dinner drink.

Rogge-Cereser
Rogge-Cereser
In 1982, Martine and Jacques Rogge set up the family business in Passy-Grigny, on the right bank of the Marne valley. In 1997, they decided to market their bottles under their own "Rogge-Cereser" brand. Their son, Benjamin, joined them in 2000, enabling them to expand their range. The family now offers 9 cuvées from their 12 ha of HVE3-certified vines. Since 2006, guest rooms have been available on the property.
