The color oscillates between deep pink and light grenadine. The nose reveals notes of blackberry, graphite and burnt wood, followed by floral aromas of peony, peppery spices and yellow fruit. On the palate, this wine reveals its greediness: powerful and energetic, it offers lovely fruit (peach, raspberry, citrus). Its fine bubbles add creaminess, while its slightly tannic texture maintains tension on the finish. Perfect from aperitif to table, with a lamb chop.

For three generations, Pierre Goulard champagne has highlighted the history of a family and a unique terroir. Pierre Goulard passionately cultivates a 6-hectare vineyard spread over five villages in the Saint-Thierry massif and the Reims mountains. The terroir is made up of chardonnay, pinot noir and mainly pinot meunier, a grape variety whose fruity, gourmet characteristics he has mastered.
