Its color is an intense grenadine. The nose is immediately floral and spicy, with peony and cumin. On the palate, however, the fruit takes over, thanks to the presence of strawberry, raspberry and yellow nectarine. It shows a certain vinous power that is far from unpleasant. Juicy and jovial.

For three generations, Pierre Goulard champagne has highlighted the history of a family and a unique terroir. Pierre Goulard passionately cultivates a 6-hectare vineyard spread over five villages in the Saint-Thierry massif and the Reims mountains. The terroir is made up of chardonnay, pinot noir and mainly pinot meunier, a grape variety whose fruity, gourmet characteristics he has mastered. The vines are cultivated with respect for the Champagne tradition and the environment all year round, whatever the climatic conditions.
