The first nose gives off juicy notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, honeyed flowers and warm hay. On aeration, aromas of vanilla cream add roundness. The palate is all sweetness, with seductive fruit, lively bubbles and controlled dosage. On the palate, tension and acidity are perfectly balanced in a creamy body, enhanced by attractive bitters. The finish is seductively mineral.

Gioria-Latizeau

Gioria-Latizeau has been a family estate for four generations. It's an estate on a human scale, producing 25,000 bottles from vines located in the heart of the Marne valley, in the communes of Saulchery, Charly-sur-Marne and Essômes-sur-Marne. The family offers a classic range based on the blending of the three main Champagne grape varieties (pinot noir, pinot meunier, chardonnay). The winery is open all year round (by appointment).
