The faint color hints at a delicate wine, which is confirmed by a nose of flowers in a springtime atmosphere. Flowers take pride of place, along with jujube, fresh almond and fennel... The palate is very slightly acidic, crisp, but with subtlety, as salivating as one could wish. The whole is structured by a very fine framework. A very good price for this very delicate cuvée that whispers to the taste buds. Buy 6 or 12 to keep on hand at all times.

Christian Muller

For seven generations, the Christian Muller winery has been making authentic champagnes with character, mainly from two grape varieties: 80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay. Today, Hedwige and her son Hugues manage the 15 hectares spread over 70 parcels in the grand cru village of Mailly-Champagne. The village enjoys a privileged location on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims. Committed to environmentally-friendly viticulture, the estate holds HVE and VDC certifications. Since 2024, a roof terrace has been available for tasting their cuvées with a view over their vineyards.
