A pale, youthful champagne. The nose is fruity and pleasant, waltzing us between orange, vine peach and salted butter caramel. An immediate appetizer. On the palate, the attack is frank, then the wine expresses a form of generosity. It finishes with very fine bitters, salivating and refreshing. A cuvée that navigates between delicacy and gourmandise with precision. A perfect match for plum tart.

For seven generations, the Christian Muller winery has been making authentic champagnes with character, mainly from two grape varieties: 80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay.
