“Nothing is impossible for a brave heart.” Jacques Cœur’s maxim alone sums up the vision of the Bonvalet winery. Pauline and Guillaume Bonvalet did not inherit any vineyards, yet they made their dream a reality, starting from scratch and building everything from the ground up. The winery was founded in 2012, and the first bottles were released from the cellar in 2014. Now with 7 hectares, and determined to shake things up and demystify Champagne, they reveal some of its secrets, make it more accessible, and produce beautiful wines. The couple works together to foster new ideas by combining a pursuit of the highest quality with an expression of the terroir.
