This grand cru blanc de blancs reveals a fresh, gourmand nose, punctuated by notes of citrus zest. Dense and creamy on the palate, it's full-bodied and rich, thanks to the grapes, generally from a single harvest and exclusively from the Oger terroir. One regret, however: the dosage, a little too present, masks this purity of fruit. Serve with pan-fried scallops with cream and citrus zest.
