Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
The history of the Alain Jaume family dates back to 1826, when they settled north of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and began cultivating vines. Inspired by the terroir, they devoted themselves passionately to viticulture, perpetuating, generation after generation, a know-how dedicated to Côtes-du-Rhône and Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines. The estate now comprises 150 hectares of organically-farmed vineyards. The family offers a wide range of wine tourism experiences, including vineyard and cellar tours, tastings, introductory workshops and food and wine pairings.
