An address far from the center of Gironde's capital, but well known to Bordeaux's youth, this ultra-contemporary establishment in Parc Palmer is a popular meeting place for its sleek aesthetics - in red, Kartell and cubic shapes - and its good, contemporary dishes, which renew the brasserie genre. The menu works well for lunch with colleagues and after-work drinks: gazpacho granita-style, tofu emulsion with basil, grilled tuna steak, pan-fried summer vegetables, liquid tarragon parsley and antiboise sauce, lamb steak marinated with pink shallots, minty eggplant caviar and reduced cooking juices, peach soufflé with rosemary peach coulis and Reims cookie.
